My stay at the Sheraton hotel in Suzhou was superb. The hotel staff was extremely cordial. Inside of the hotel, the outside grounds, and my room were immaculate!!! The reception desk and concierge were well versed in English, and helpful on so many levels. The restaurant buffet had an enormous selection of hot entrees, fruit and drinks. The location of the hotel was well suited for my needs, and within walking distance of the converence center. If coming from Shanghai, I would recommend spending the extra money (about $60) to rent a cab in lieu of the bus service (about $11) which took over 3 hours...
