It is about 3.5kms from the railway station and 19kms the Airport. The hotel is magnificent and imposing. At the top of the 40-floor main tower, there is a ball hall, a restaurant and a helicopter lot.

The hotel's west wing consists of a supermarket, banks, post office and restaurant, which makes the building an organic whole. The hotel also has a well-equipped recreation center, including a gymnasium, bowling alley, tennis court, swimming pool, squash court and sauna center.

Opened in 2001. The hotel is a collection of accommodation, business, entertainment facilities.
