Everything worked out well in the end. Thank you. We used the courier service to deliver the train tickets to our contact person in China. My only concern was that the physical delivery address was not captured on the system. However, the booking was followed up by a confirmation email where I was then able to re-submit and confirm the delivery address and details. Our suggestion is for ChinaTour.Net to look into the technical reasons why the delivery address was not captured on the system when the original booking and payment was made.
