The service was easy to use, showed me the options, gave good feedback, and provided the form in English and in Chinese for me to present to a ticket office. This all made travel easy for a solo traveller. I have used the service before, and will again.
My only gripe: there was no provision for selecting upper/lower. I found on boarding that I had an upper.
