It was difficult and wasting time to print a paper ticket at ticket counter in Hongkong West Kowloon station, and printing fee required.
The officer at ticket counter didn\'t want to help me.
After queue for 25 minutes, the counter girl told me that I don\'t have to print a paper ticket, just go to the gate and show the booking confirmation no, but the officer at the platform gate didn\'t allow us to go through, and I had to go back to the ticket counter, wasting another 30 minutes, although finally I got the tickets.
