We stayed here in October 2013. Of the eight hotels we stayed at this was the least helpful and least nice. The price was good and the location was so-so. What was distinctive was the unhelpful staff. The front desk was disorganized and people easily interrupted what they were doing. Not much English. Not willing to arrange a cab for an early morning departure. Unable to handle check-out very well. We had not experienced this at our other stops. The rooms were OK. Clean but stained carpet and we decided not to take showers in the bath. Maybe renovation is in order and some more training at desk.
