In general we were very pleased at the hotel.The central location is an advantage. We just regretted that ther was no english news on the TV not even CCTV 9 !..
Overall, the Hotel's location is quite convenient. I only speak a little bit mandarin, so communication is quite ok. They understand my poor chinese language. However, as people are smoking at the lobby and also at the corridor from the lift on our floor. We could smell the smoke from our room. Winda Indriawati Sydney - Australia..
Tried hard but not a hotel for westerners. Poor english, no western food and very limited booking facilities..
