Snow Mountain (Gonggashan in Chinese) is also called President No.5, one of the President series. Gonggashan is a mountain capped with snow all year along located in Sichuan Province. Its name came from Tibetan language, meaning the silver-snowing mountain. In that area, Tibetan people and Han people have been living together for many years. Added to famous President Cruise Line on Yangtze River, this ship was built in 1996 in accordance to a 3 star international standard. 76.1 meters long and 13.8 meters wide with a draft of 2.5 meters, it is equipped with two engines up to 1960 h.p in total and is able to sail from Chongqing to Wuhan all the year around at a speed of 30 km per hour.
Interior decorations of the Snow Mountain came from inspirations of both Tibetan and Han cultures. For those westerners that are keen on Tibetan people and their living style, religion and arts, this cruiser and aboard life could provide them more to learn without having to fly to Tibet. Eventually, the Snow Mountain already earned a fame for it unique Buddha-Prostrate Room, delicious foods and colorful ashore or aboard programs.
There are 2 presidential suites, 2 deluxe suites and 49 standard rooms, all with elegant layouts and magnificent decorations. Many up-to-date facilities and amenities are included, such as bar & coffee shop, ballroom, gift shop, numerous observation areas, barber-shop, gym, business center, sauna rooms, etc. Services provided are catering and exchange, laundry, medical treatment, postal, ashore and aboard guide, safe box, room service and many more to mention. Foods in Chinese style and in western style are also well prepared.

They say that spirits go to heaven, and evil goes to Fengdu. The town is overlooked by Ming Shan Hill, home of Tianzi, the King of the Dead. The whole place has an eerie feel to it with deserted streets, tower blocks, empty shops and banks. The only people here are those who make a living from visiting cruise boats. |

The stream races past large and small karst caves, flocks of swallows, sheer cliffs, deep gorges, waterfalls, three-colored springs, rapids, the ancient plank path, a suspended coffin in the cliff, groups of ancient tombs and marvelous karst formations. |

The itineraries listed in the form probably be adjusted owing to the bad weather, water level, temporary navigation control and prohibition.
Aboard the cruise: You should arrive at Chongqing before 22:00PM to aboard the cruise on the first day. You can tell us your flight number (or train number) and arrival time, or hotel you stay in Chongqing. our guide will pick you up and drive you to the port to aboard the ship.
Price Include:
Crusier accommodations, three meals everyday, shore excursions specified on the itinerary. the accommodation is based on one standard bed per person.
How to Book?
You can book online or by email, tell us your flight number/ arrival time to Chongqing or Yichang, or the hotel you stay in either city, we will pick you up from the airport(or hotel) to the cruiser. you will receive our confirmation email and voucher after your booking.
Note: There are only two beds in a cabin. Most of the ships do not provide extra bed, so you may need to reserve another cabin, or a half cabin (0.5 cabin) for the third person (for an adult or a big child) .
If you want to take a whole cabin for the third person, a single supplement of 100% in May, Sept. and Oct. and the other months will be 75% to 100% of a single ticket is required. If you only take a half cabin, or only "a bed", the price is the same but he/she need to share the cabin with a stranger.
