Description: Built in 1990 and last furbished in 2001, she is a 4-star cruise ship at a length of 75.5 meters, a width of 13.8 meters and a draft of 2.44 meters. With a total tonnage of 2427, she sails 28 km per hour in still water. Not a big one but elegantly decorated, the ship limits its guest list to no more than 102 individuals. So you will feel convenient and spacious in public areas as well as in private cabins.

Accommodation: There are 1 super deluxe suite and 46 standard cabins, and 2 standard single rooms. All cabins are exterior with viewing windows. They are well furnished and equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV and telephone, stereo sounding, and security system.

Facility: The facilities on board include service center, multi-functional conference room, bar and ballroom, beauty salon, gift shop, sauna and massage, in-door observation hall, sunny deck and swimming pool, etc. Other services such as laundry, typing, copying and fax, and medical care. Currency exchange and international postal are also available.

Dinning: Dinning aboard is probably as good as all other wonderful things on the voyage. The chefs on board are especially good at Sichuan and Hubei style local specialties. When performance time comes in the evening, the girls who worked on different sections will be gathered together, playing beautiful local dances for you.

Voyage: Chongqing to Yichang

Days	Chongqing to Yichang (Down Stream)
D1	Transfer from airport (or from your hotel) to the cruiser, board on the ship before 22:00pm.
D2	Departs Chongqing at 09:00AM. Shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City, Fengdu is where the devil lives, according to Chinese legend. They say that spirits go to heaven, and evil goes to Fengdu. The town is overlooked by Ming Shan Hill, home of Tianzi, the King of the Dead. The whole place has an eerie feel to it with deserted streets, tower blocks, empty shops and banks. The only people here are those who make a living from visiting cruise boats.
D3	Shore excursion to Shennong Stream(10:00AM-13:30PM). -Shennong Stream is a small tributary of the Yangtze River, and its fast-flowing, crystal clear water runs southwards through deep gorges. The stream races past large and small karst caves, flocks of swallows, sheer cliffs, deep gorges, waterfalls, three-colored springs, rapids, the ancient plank path, a suspended coffin in the cliff, groups of ancient tombs and marvelous karst formations.
D4	Shore excursion to Three Gorges Dam site (08:00AM-10:00AM). Have lunch onboard. Voyage: Yichang to Chongqing

The construction of the dam formally began in 1994. The body of the dam was completed in 2003, and the whole construction will be competed in 2009. It will be 2,335 meters long, 185 meters high, 18 meters wide on the top and 130 meters wide at the bottom.

The itineraries listed in the form probably be adjusted owing to the bad weather, water level, temporary navigation control and prohibition.

Aboard the cruise: You should arrive at Chongqing before 22:00PM to aboard the cruise on the first day. You can tell us your flight  number (or  train number) and arrival time, or hotel you stay in Chongqing. our guide will pick you up and drive you to the port to aboard the ship.

Price Include:
Crusier accommodations, three meals everyday, shore excursions specified on the itinerary. the accommodation is based on one standard bed per person.

How to Book?
You can book online or by email, tell us your flight number/ arrival time to Chongqing or Yichang, or the hotel you stay in either city, we will pick you up from the airport(or hotel) to the cruiser. you will receive our confirmation email and voucher after your booking. 

Note: There are only two beds in a cabin. Most of the ships do not provide extra bed, so you may need to reserve another cabin, or a half cabin (0.5 cabin) for the third person (for an adult or a big child) .
If you want to take a whole cabin for the third person, a single supplement of 75% to 100% of a single ticket is required. If you only take a half cabin, or only "a bed", the price is the same but he/she need to share the cabin with a stranger.

There were unfortunately not a huge amount of positives for this tour - the sites were fantastic and great to experience, the ship was relatively clean and the food was okay. Tommi the ships guide was good but again as he was dealing with the Chinese passengers as well, he didn\'t have much time to make our experience a great one! I would say that it is a bad idea to be advertising this ship as \"western\", there was only 1 other westerner on the cruise and the other 117 passengers were all Chinese. This led to the cruise being mainly Chinese tourist driven, for example: the food was all Chinese, the enterntainment was all Chinese and the biggest let down was all of the trips off shore were all in Chinese. We found it very difficult when the tour guides gave information on the sites in Chinese in great detail and as an afterthought they then said a few words in English, we felt that we missed out and that we had to push the guides to tell us more about things we visited. The ship was also very noisy and people were smoking in their cabins, depsite signs asking people not to do it, this may well be accepted in Chinese culture but again we did not expect this having signed up to a Western trip. Many of the ships amenities were not there, i.e. cable T.V and other articles in the room. The other passengers were rude and sleep was difficult due to the noise of the other groups. The route itself was stunning and well worth while but I would strongly recommend taking a cheaper option and experiencing the same things. Rating: [2 of 5 Stars!]
