Reservation No. 208293 booked and was confirmed on Feb. 25-26, 2019. But when I arrived in Zhengzhou The West Lake Hotel, I was BUMPED OFF. There was no booking at all in their system! Even if I have with me the confirmation booking. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I had to look for another hotel last night. Look at the trouble you had caused me. You have to return the payment I made thru my credit cart.
