Never, never, never stay on the 4th and 5th floor of this Hotel. Its a nightmare with Karoke in the vicinity you cannot sleep till 4 am. Tehre are NO WINDOWS in any of the rooms on these floors. Breakfast is awful and the staff very rude.
China tour.net does not say anything about these floors, these floors are located in an adjacent building and called the Business Hotel. They are a part of International Hotel but a very very poor part.
