 | Zhuhai Ocean Spring Hotel
We really liked the Zhuhai Ocean Spring hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean, light rooms not too small. Nice pool. Entertainment is everywhere. The amusement parc is nice with the artificail carribean beach.
Some things we did not like: Our hotel did not have an outdoor pool, there is a sister hotel that does. We do not know if we would have been able to use that one. One day before we came a Taifun had destroyed the water promenade and made that outdoor pool so dirty that it was closed for replacing the water. When we arrived there were very few people there it was kind of "dead". Then it quickly filled up for the October holiday and then it was very nice. Regarding restaurants you find everything, western and chinese cuisine. We spent our time playing tennis, going on the lake with a pedalo, playing pool and snookers, badminton and so on. In the evening the entrance to the amusement park was free you had to pay for every attraction seperately, so we spent the evenings at the carribean beach which was very nice. Only real disappointment was that there is no beach, even though the resort is right on the sea and to get to Zhuhai it takes about an hour.
