Firstly, the staff are great. the food need to be upgraded to accomodate more of thje western taste. rooms? depends in what type of room you stay. in the middlke of my stay I have upgraded my room which was graet. location? superb.
all in all I can and will recomend the hotel to friends travelling to Shenzhen. myself will always stay there. made friends with all the staff. one by one they were more then nice. love them all. Kelly is superb, give ne a good deal will consider coming again before the end of January 2010. stayed in room 2205.
also you have to provide more Englisg channels for international travellers. the feel is that you are not really considering intrenational travellers as a target clients.
but again. even if I have to score the hotel 7 out of 10 for the people working they are 10 out of 10.
