We booked a round trip Shanghai / Suzhou. All ok as scheduled. It was our first time using trains in China and we were scared about possible misunderstanding due to language comunication. At the end everything was well indicated and easy to understand even withouth speaking or reading a single word in chineese. Only one remark: The name or the proper departing station should be placed in evidence in the booking confirmation. In shanghai there are 3 or 4 railway stations and it took sometime to understand which was our right departing station. I did a research via web using the train number.
