Guide for Terminal 3
Domestic Arrival
There are 2 arrival routes of T3 domestic arrival, which are called T3-C and T3-D.
If you arrive at T3-C(blue area), just follow the sign and pick up your luggage at Domestic Luggage Claim Hall and you will enter the Arrival Lobby after Baggage claim, where you can meet our tour guide. For some flights arrive by the remote stand, you may have to take a mini-bus first to arrive at the blue area.
If you arrive at T3-D(green area), first you will have to go down the elevator as the following picture suggested, and then you will arrival at APM Platform. Take a mini-train to the 2nd floor(blue area). Follow the signs and you will arrive at the Domestic Luggage Claim Hall. Identify the right carousel according to your flight number. You will enter the Arrival Lobby after Baggage claim, where you can meet our tour guide.

International Arrival
T3-E Arrival Route
After you get off the plane, first you will have to pass the customs. Follow the signs and arrive at the center of the yellow area(see picture) where you will have to go through the Inspection & Quarantine. Incoming passengers having diseases such as fever, vomit, jaundice, diarrhea, acute rash, lymphadenopathy, AIDS, venereal disease, mental disorder or open tuberculosis should initiatively report to the inspection and quarantine officials. Then Foreign passengers should complete Entry Registration Cards and submit it together with valid passports and visas to Station of Frontier Exit and Entry Inspection for inspection. After that, go down the elevator and arrive at the second floor. Then take a mini-train to go to the Buggage Claim Hall. Identify the right carousel according to your flight number. Pick up your baggage and then there will be Customs Inspection. Passengers with articles to declare must fill in China Customs Declaration Form for Exit/Entry Passengers and choose “Declaration Channel” (also named “Red Channel”) for Customs clearance; those without any article to declare have no need to fill in the declaration form and can choose the “Non-declaration channel” (also named “Green Channel”) for Customs clearance. Exit the Customs area, then you will enter the Arrival Lobby where you can meet our tour guide.
