No shopping tour involved a visit to jade shop and a tea tasting. Both venues were a hard-sell. We did buy jade but that isn’t the point. I booked this tour explicitly because you advertised “no shopping”. Lunch was virtually inedible. The only good thing was that we visited correct section of walk. You Advertised guide would talk on the wall - no. Guide Anna, left us at the top of cable car. We heard another guide who was excellent giving all the information I thought we had booked for. Guide tobogganed down and we took cable car and had to wait a good 10 minutes for her to finally join us. She gave us no more information than I could have got off the internet. Total waste of money, didn’t deliver as promised and I would NEVER recommend this tour and particularly this guide.
