Bought online tickets for the first time and wrote in to request for all 3 passengers (we are travelling together to be seated together. Also requested seats to be more front.
The response was quite fast and I was quite impressed... however in the end only 2 of us were seated together and the 3rd one separated because I was told the system showed the 3rd pax selected his own seat. Seats were more towards the back but not too bad.
Returning flight when checking in told the check in counter staff to put all 3 of us together but he separated me and my friends. I was upset because I emphasised to him. Also he put us quite behind the plane when I told him I preferred more to the front. So both requests he did not accede but did quite the opposite.
But the airline we chose was very good... new, punctual and good security.
