I have used ChinaTour.Net twice for my flight bookings in China. Both times I have been very happy with the service in English. Everything worked well. Maybe to improve it even more, you could provide foreign users with a mobile ticket, because we don't always have the access to the Internet to check the email confirmation. Additionally, you could provide information or links to the operator's web site to check the baggage allowance.
