I am disappointed. The hotel has no quality as 4-stars hotel.
The man at the receptionist on Thursday 28th July 2011 evening is very poor in english. He asked additional CNY 20 cash in advance for the shuttle bus transfer to the airport. But on the next day, when I ask to put the bus-fee on my bill, a polite receptionist-lady explain me that the shuttle bus was free of charge.
The bus was also too small ao that many people must wait 20 minutes for the 2nd trip. Why they did not prepare for bigger bus, even they should already know about the number of passanger's bookings.
