First, we asked and got confirmation for a standart suite with 4 beds, however we have got only 3 single beds. The hotel didnt supply us with our confirmed request, even after 2 hours of discussion at the reception.
Second - the appartment was not equiped with basics, such as plates, not even one spoon or sticks to eat. No tea no sugar, and when we asked from housekeeping we have got a negative answer.
Breakfast was only for one person though we were 4 and paid for 3 beds. (one of us slept on the floor!!!!).
Not eanauhg soap, shampoo and toilet paper were available.
At recption, housekeeping, etc. none of the team spoke standart english to communicate, though its an International Hotel.
We were very dissapointed.
