We stayed here from 11/27/05 through 12/4/05. We were very pleased with the
accommodations. We were especially impressed with the staff, from the front desk
to housekeeping staff. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that had lots of space.
Next time we would ask for a non-smoking room because we could smell cigarette
smoke from other rooms, but other than that we were quite comfortable.
You really can't do much better for the price. We intend to stay there the next
time we are in Beijing.
My son became ill after we arrived and every day the staff asked after his health.
We missed a dinner reservation one night and the night manager actually walked my friend and I to a wonderful restaurant near the apartments. Security in the apartment is
wonderful and the SPR Coffee Shop and Wine Bar, where you get your free breakfast, was friendly and the coffee and food was great. We will be back.
