The rooms are in need of updating. The staff is nice and tries to help. Some things in the room do not work like burned out lights, weight scale does not work etc.. Last year I got food poisoning from the room service food. Breakfast buffet is very average...
This hotel is excellent. The staff are eager to please and everything is of high quality. My room had the benefit of a separate shower cubicle, within the bathroom. Everything was spacious, inviting and I hope to stay there again in the future. There was a good size desk for computer work and also comfortable chairs. I would have liked to have enjoyed the swimming pool facilities, but unfortunately, in this instance, I did not have the time. It doesn't get much better than this and I rate it as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in...
