When I arrived , at first they had no booking from me . After 5mn argument , they found my booking , but with some mismatch in the name. Instead of checking me in and sorting the mess later , it took them 15 more minutes to understand what happened . They also manipulated my passport long time without care.
Then , at 5.45am , I got a call from the hotel proposing some special massage , which I never requested. It was a mistake , and , bad to worse , at 7.30am I got another call to apologize for the first one!!! MARVELOUS SUNDAY MORNING!
also , the TV seems to require special skills .
