We stayed in the "Hangzhou New Century Hotel" for three nights. This is a very presentable hotel for this price. The room is clean and spacious. It's conveniently located within walking distance from the West Lake. A definite value for money. Room heating was excellent, beddings & pillows very good. Only drawback was poor language(English) skill at reception, so not much help with directions etc but situation of hotels means most places within city easily found & reachable on foot.
