This hotel is VERY luxurious. Like 99% of hotels in China: No english spoken. Though communicating on reception's internet through Google Translate (English to Mandarin) is a great help. Get the name and address written in Chinese beforehand. It will ease the taxi's search for the hotel. You will most probably arrive via mini-van from Jiuzhaigou (Song Pan) Airport. Remember that your personal attitude will determine the level of service you receive. Foreign travellers are a rarity in this region.
