good value for the price but the room with seaview is too noisy (I was on 6th floor) : street underneath is very noisy , day and night , and the windows let noise get in .
location rather convenient near beach , bur you must cross this very busy street .
gym room has no air , no windows , and most training machines are out of order . better say there is none .
