I stayed in Bailemen Hotel for a few nights. The location is great, the king size rooms are very good, the standard rooms are "standard". Service was OK, breakfast also, exept the coffee, it's better to drink tea. The restaurant on the 3rd floor offers a very good diner for a reasonable price. All in all I was very satisfied...
we stayed in Bailemen hotel for 12 nights during October 2008. The hotel's location is fantastic, central to everywhere you need go, however this hotel itself can do with some renovation, getting very old, specially the carpets are very dirty. My six years old son and myself had many bits on our legs during the last 2 days, I believe we were attacked by carpet fleas! I originally booked 2 rooms, one for us (myself, my husband and my son), the other one for my parents, but when we arrived there was only one room booked for my parents, they don't have any bookings for us, the hotel had vacancies and we got a room, but the room was terrible, air condition didn't work very well, the safe doesn’t work, our toilet got blocked once. Maybe we got one of those "need fix" rooms! Hotel breakfast is terrible, mixed with Chinese and Western style, but I don't think they have any idea what is Western style breakfast! French Fries, Soft drinks, salads with fatty bacon! Although the location is very convenient and the rates are reasonable, don’t think we will be back there again...
I stayed in Bailemen hotel for one night. The hotel is at good location, very convenient but some of the reception staffis quite poor in service mind for the one served me, the process of check in also, wht they need us to sign the credit card slip which I have never been requested fr other hotels, and deposit in cash also I don't think they need more than room rate but they requested from me Rmb 700.- instead of Rmb.500 as the room rate, they said for key deposit actually key card some hotel even give for free and never ask them back. The room is quite old but for three stars is fine, quite big. Just their staff need to be well train in order to handle customer better...
I stayed in Bailemen hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is quite good, rooms were clean and room service was really satisfied. The only problem was that staff on reception desk spoke very little English. One guy was really helpfull (I don't remember his name) and spoke very good English, but girls...Once we asked them a way to World life park and they sent us in completly wrong direction. The most questions we asked they answered that they didn't know. There are two good restaurants in hotel - and the meal is very good. Breakfast was so bad that as a rule we had it in the resturant for our own account. The location is great - 2 minutes from subway station. I would recommend it to my frienfs and maybe next time will stay with them once again...
