Review of Shaoxing Jinchang New Century Hotel (Jinchang Kaiyuan Dajiudian) by nancy

When i arrived at reception desk, i presented my confirmation from chinatour.net for a standard room at 360yuan for one night, and i request please arrange a non-smoking room for me, then the clerk got very angry and said a non-smoking room was Not standard room which was deluxe room 470 yuan per night. another clerk continued with my registration at the confirmed price. the other clerk continued to argue with me and called your company. your agent then told me to hold the original booking. i fnally said this is ridiculous and went to my room as i was exhausted!! i have never in all my travels been treated like that. i was resting in my room when the clerk called again to argue with me that i had to pay 110 yuan more! I couldn\'t believe it . he had awakened me from sleeping! i said i would discuss it in the morning and hung up.the next morning at check-out the young woman simply checked me out without a word. I have never been subjected to such harassment. i will never stay at that hotel again and will advise others to do the same.that obnoxious clerk ruined the reputation of the hotel for 110 yuan!!
