Highly recommended because I compared it to Shenyang Gloria Plaza Hotel and the Holiday Inn City Centre was better located and more inexpensive. Rooms in both hotels are clean but Holiday Inn City Centra had more shopping and resturants. The nearby underground Fashion Street shopping center is a must-see since it has hundreds of stores with trendy clothes targeted for people who appreciate the latest fashion from Paris and New York. The hotel buffet was optional but I did not eat there since there were too many places to eat near this hotel. My trip was enjoyable because this hotel had clean rooms that matches the Holiday Inns in USA, inexpensive, friendly staff, accept American Express credit card, and location, location, location.
