The guide Jennifer was very pleasant and punctual. The car was clean and the driver was also efficient. Considering the total tour the cost seems to be a bit on the higher side. It would be cheaper to get a taxi and go to the Museum, Yu Gardens, Bund etc. The Jade factory prices are a ripoff. If you go there start by offering only 10% of their listed price. Gradually go up to a maximum of 20 to 25% of the list price.
