The Mutian Yu section of the Great Wall seemed to be the right choice. The ride in the cable car was very enjoyable and there were hardly any other tourists. We spent around two hours on the wall and were the last to go down. Our guide, May, did not mind at all but enjoyed the company of our children. Thank you May!
After the Ming Tomb and the Sacred Road we were taken to the Jade Factory for a short visit before we enjoyed a delicious and varied lunch.
All in all it was a very interesting and well paced trip.
The only worry we had was the drivers tendency to drive too fast and overtake at impossible situations.
