Mostly positive and as expected with mostly very polite and helpful staff. China is a truly amazing experience and one which I would reccomend. The one negative is that our first few days began extremely early in the morning and the days were very busy and rushed only to discover on the final day of our first leg of the tour that to our complete surprise we had a totally free day? This 'free day' was not part of the itinery but had apparently occured due to the fact that no tour guide was available for our service hence the previous days being over filled with activities beginning extremely early. This was a very poor excuse and poor planning on the part of China Tours. We were inconvinienced and rushed around during the first cew days due to China Tours bad management. I complained at the time and was told a manager would contact me, that never happend so on our retun home I contacted China Tours again and asked if they were willing to offer some form of compensation and was told a manger would contact me and again no communication from them. So in conclusion unfortunately I would not recommend this company.
