Review of 2 Days Xi'an Coach Tour Package by Robert

With my wife we booked this trip one month in advance. We received call from our guide at the evening before trip, so from point of organization it was really good. 1st day We had coach bus, we share it in total with 7tourist and our tour guide Jane (+driver). Car was nothing special quite old VAN. Jane was OK, but she had small trouble with a English, she was able to communicate but we had several misunderstanding (left or right, up or down, first – second floor or underground ect) Our most negative experience was lunch, we are lining in China more than one year so we already know level of food and our lunch was really disaster, based on my experience total price for lunch for 7 people was not more than 100RMB (almost vegetable) without drink or tea and charge 20RMB for 0,33l coke and sprite it is “ripoff”. I understand it is tourist place but charge almost 1000% more as a price is shop is not right way. 2nd day We were lucky, we booked a coach bus, but we were only 2 persons with my wife, so I can say it was private tour. Compare with a first day it was much more better. Our tour guide Rita, student with really good English was very nice and polite. Car was very nice big and comfortable. We traveled during national holiday so places were very crowdie and everywhere many people, but it is not issue of travel agency . If travel agency will improve some my recommendation (lunch and car 1st day) it can be great experience. Regards Robert
