I thought it was a total scam. The emails and tickets were really dodgy and I literally went to the airport assuming that I'd be turned away and be the victim of a scam. Happily, it turns out it was real! My flight was ok, and much cheaper than I got elsewhere. The customer service was pretty horrendous but, let's be honest, you don't buy cheap tickets from a cheap provider and expect glitz and glammar. Basically, rest assured they aren't scamming you and the prices really are cheap...
I didn\'t download the app. This flight was cancelled and luckily we had a guide who checked the flight status the day before and arranged for an alternative flight at no extra cost..
