Terrible experience. This company is acting in fraud. Here is how the scam works. When you purchase your tickets, they don't process your credit card right away like most travel sites. This is a problem because people can't wait for hours to know if their card has been charged and ticket has been assigned. After no response and hours delay, I cancelled revoked my authorization to charge my card. That got their attention and they immediately charged my card and claimed I can't be refunded because they have already entered my name in the airline reservation system. I went to the airline directly and learned that they never booked me in the airline reservation system. So these fraudsters deliberately don't charge your card until you cancelled. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with visa and my bank and already received email verification from the airline that ChinaTour.NET never booked my ticket as they claimed. Smart scam. Don't book with this company. You will not get your ticket...
