Very bad. did not get confirmation of flight after confirming online, could not get a hold of them by email, when they finally reply they tell you price went up so you need to add more money...
the ticket order is easy like every ticket booking application is. But they dont update the ticket price everytime it changes. So you should check your mail often because the operator will contact you asking if you agree with the new price. if u dont reply, your booking ticket will be canceled. (and chill, if it canceled they wont charge your credit card)..

Flight was cancelled without any advise. ChinaTour.net dont answered phone calls nor emails, til now they didnt refund the ticket price. Less al the aditional costs I had: Airport transportation, 20 hours night train instead of the flight, hotel reservation I couldnt cancel anymore. WORST OF WORSE, BETTER AVOID THIS TRAVEL AGENCY, DONT MAKE BOOKINGS, DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE CHEATING YOU!!!!..
