Hello, I had an enormous problem with my flight, as described above: Flight Info: Lincang (LNJ) -_ Kunming (KMG) Date:2018-10-20 / 09:00 -_ 09:55 Flight No:KY8256 That flight it doesn´t exist at the time described, as confirmed by as 9:00 from Lincang. Turns out that the flight number KY8256 is 15:00 and not 9:00. I had to buy a new ticket from another company to get to Kunming. In a hurry because I had many connections to flights overseas. Because of your mistake I missed all the flights, from Kunming to Beijing and after that the connections to others flights to overseas to get back home. Very bad and is a Mistake that It shouldn´t be happening ever. I´m very mad from what did happened with myself, from a mistake made from the ChinaTour.Net..

There were a delay in getting my flight ticket... while others were issuing the ticket on the spot...
Organisation was perfect. Only issue was that côntact phone could only be reached by Chinese numbers. When our flight was cancelled in Guilin, we were not informed and could not reach Chinatour. Room for improvement.....
It is acceptable for the time being, as still needs some upgrading regarding payments via e-credit cards..!..
