Organisation was perfect. Only issue was that côntact phone could only be reached by Chinese numbers. When our flight was cancelled in Guilin, we were not informed and could not reach Chinatour. Room for improvement.....
It is acceptable for the time being, as still needs some upgrading regarding payments via e-credit cards..!..

Had one good booking and one terrible. Booked for a good price, but got a email wasn't possible for this price. The app still showed this price even lower. Didn't get any answers on my questions, just ended up cancelling the booking...
