We were not too happy with china tour. We booked a ticket from urumqi to hohhot and than china tour asked us to send photocopies of credit card and passeport before they could confirm our flight. Despite I called them multiple times we did not hear from them. Finally I got an email saying that the cheaper flight is no longer available and ask us to pay 26% more so we had to delay our flight to get a reasonnable price. Unfortunately, this had consequences on our plan...
I am pleased with their service. I booked my flight online, but the price had gone up. This I didn't know but China Tours sent me an email right away to tell me this and I had the option of cancelling the flight if I wanted to. But I didn't. I was happy to receive the information and not be surprised when I got the bill. I also like their App. It is informative. I haven't booked anything using it but I do intend to when I visit Beijing...
I looked through many companies for pricing on domestic flights in China. Even my own Delta Priority account couldn't match the prices and convenience of the flights on the Chinatours website. The tickets came within 24 hours and the flights were all correct and everything went off splendidly. I have not booked any tours with this group but would consider doing so in the future...

I love the convenient format and simplicity of the website and the fact that you don't need to print anything. I have only used the site a few time but it all worked very well. Bought online tickets for the first time and wrote in to request for all 3 passengers (we are travelling together to be seated together. Also requested seats to be more front. The response was quite fast and I was quite impressed... however in the end only 2 of us were seated together and the 3rd one separated because I was told the system showed the 3rd pax selected his own seat. Seats were more towards the back but not too bad. Returning flight when checking in told the check in counter staff to put all 3 of us together but he separated me and my friends. I was upset because I emphasised to him. Also he put us quite behind the plane when I told him I preferred more to the front. So both requests he did not accede but did quite the opposite. But the airline we chose was very good... new, punctual and good security...
I always buy china domestic air ticket with china tour, in never find any problem or trouble so far.. all flights information shows very complete with the variant of flight, time and schedule... its just make you easier to make your traveling plan....

Confirmation of domestic ticket is too slow. 9588 ticket is quicker. APP is too slow to open directly from the APP. Must go via Bing or Baidu...
China Tour was the first appeared on my phone screen when I was searching for a ticket. The online booking was done, I made a mistake in payment and their response was so quick and helpful. Really a five star service provided by this company. Last thing what made me happy was the price of ticket was cheap compared to other companies. I booked business class seats with discounted price. Hehehe. There is no doubt that I am going to make China Tour be my priority whenever I am looking for a ticket.
