All in all its a good and efficient service. Flights and Hotels reservation were made extremely quick. Concerning train tickets it was quite long and complicated. Instead of easy delivering there were a lot of emails with new questions and it was kind of a never ending story and in the end I had to call and remind them that they finally should issue my tickets.
