Rescheduling my flight was a nightmare. Although flights are cheap, rebooking is expensive. Also, my credit card was initially charged the rebooking fee twice. That was after I didn't get a response for almost 24 hours after putting in my rebooking request. Overall, great website to get cheap tickets, but not a fun or cheap rebooking process.
