Review of Air E-Ticket by Ken

I was booked on flight from Guangzhou to Shanghai with my girlfriend. At check-in counter they have found booking of my girlfriend but not mine! I made 2 person booking and paid for two but someone in your organisation only input one person!! It was early morning flight and we've tried to call the office but your office is not open before 9:00 AM! Finally at 8:50, someone took the phone and told us to wait while she investigate. Of course she quickly found out the mistake made by someone. She quickly re-booked us into another flight which was only 40 minutes later than original one! Of course we had to go to another check-in counter but it went smoothly. I was at first very upset, However how you have hadled our case I was qutie impressed. One remark. You should be able to receive phone calls anytime during the day since flight time very so much and some people may requrie your support very early in the morning and also in the evening.....
