Prior to our 3-week trip to China we booked a flight online in Australia from Hohhot, Inner Mongolia to Guilin in southern China. As we had never heard of the airline Beijing Capital (aka Deer Air) we visited ChinaTour.Net's offices directly while in Beijing to confirm our booking. This was not necessary at all as the process was flawless, simply presenting our passports upon check-in at the airport and the rest was taken care of.
Fortunately, while in their office, Betty (who spoke perfect English) helped us with further hotel bookings in 4 cities which was excellent, much appreciated, and the prices were fantastic as well.
For our family of 4 the services offered by ChinaTour.Net were top-notch and highly recommended!
