I have booked with china net twice now, the first time everything ran smoothly. the second time was my worst nightmare. I booked on the Internet the day before and when arriving at the airport for an early morning flight I was told they did not have a booking for me. You can understand being an Australian in China the language barrier leaves a lot to be desired. After showingnthebairlinenstaff my booking number I noticed it was still pending. Would be nice to know that this happens. When I see a confirmation number you would think that this has been confirmed. Anyway after getting no where with the staff I decided to buy another ticket the ticket cost me $120 US more and I got out of there not long after. Maybe part my mistake for not seeing the pending notification but we are in china now. Although disappointing and could have got ugly I will, use this service again
