I found the Web site onesided and inflexible. I called the ticket centre and the lady responding to mycall was very curteous. I went to the centre and all was done in a few minutes. I have only good to say about the staff. However, regarding teh management, as so many "service providers" in China, has a lot to be desired from. The Web site is slow, and payment terms offer little flexibility. There is no delivery and cash service, which for residents in Beijing and China are of great convenience. The confirmation Email was scrambled and misleading. I had to call back to the centre and ask for personal confirmation that my payment and booking are completed and I will not have surprises on teh airport. FInally all was done. Overall time to buy my ticket was about 3:20 h. I will use the "service" again for two reasons: 1) the staff was helpful 2) the poor management of this service is not much different from any other Chinese "service". I do not think management here has any concept of what customer service is. The whole thing clearly suggests that the business is solely after the money.
