I booked two flights through ChinaTour.net. The first one went smoothly; I showed up to the airport and experienced no problems. However, when we showed up at the airport a healthy two hours before our second flight, we were told by the check-in agents that our flight had been cancelled. Luckily, they were able to put us on a new flight that left in 20 minutes at no cost to us. Giving ChinaTour.net the benefit of the doubt, I hoped that when I checked my email next, I would find an email alerting me of this change, but in China I can Not access gmail, China internet blocked google and gmail, I can Not receive any email update in China. Next time I will use another email address for flight bookings in China.
