I have used Chinatour for quite some time now and I am very impressed with their fast, efficient service. They even work on Sundays and into the evenings to ensure that bookings are carried out. How I wish that Chinatour have a 24 hour service desk, now that flights in China are usually delayed or cancelled at the last minute (no fault of Chinatour, generally fault of airlines and airports), and most airports now operate on a 24 hour basis.
Still, I will not hesitate to recommend Chinatour to my friends and colleagues.
