China tour was generally good when booking but I ran into trouble with them when I needed to re-book flights.
I was scheduled to fly out of Wenzhou to Dalian on the 11th of December but needed to change to 10th December so I just booked another flight.
I was told I need to pay to cancel the first flight.
When a connecting flight was delayed, I then needed to re-book the flight for the 11th and pay again but they wouldn't book me on the flight on the 11th because I hadn't cancelled the flight on the 10th so I tried to book again and then they booked me on the 11th flight twice.
There was no apology or explanation.
Essentially I paid for the same flight 4 times when I should have only paid twice.
