Found this website when my family and I planned to spend holiday in China. Overall, I'd say 4 star. Have an issue with the booking process because the staff from chinatour emailed me after I booked plane tickets that the price that I booked are full and I need to pay more money. Agreed with it, but then AGAIN the staff emailed me the second time and told me that I have to pay even more money! I was a little bit irritated with that issue. If they don't have seat left with that price of money, they should not have shown that specific price. Other than that issue, everything went very smooth and easy. Thank you Chinatour for the hardwork. Please keep improving ur service.
