Actually my only complain iis when after make booking, I receive an email indicating the discount was obsolete, and a new payment (for the balance) is required. Sometimes when you are already travelling make a new and unexpected payment becomes a big inconvenience.
I would like pushing you to avoid such a kind of situations in future, assuring the discounts showed on website are real and are updated already.
